We want you to feel confident in your Branded Starr purchase. This Return Policy explains the conditions for returns of eligible retail items purchased directly from our website. Purchases made through a third-party marketplace or an independent retailer are governed by that seller’s or platform’s return policies.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors or cosmetic marks, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
The following are final sale unless defective or otherwise required by law:
- items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase;
- gift cards;
- personalized or custom items;
- intimate apparel, swimwear without the hygiene liner, and earrings or other pierced jewelry;
- items damaged by wear, misuse, improper care, or alteration; and
- returns received outside the approved return process or return window.
How to start a return
- Email support@brandedstarrshop.com with your name, order number, item, and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Package the item securely and retain tracking. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns should not be sent to our address without prior authorization.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Because availability can change quickly, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved. If we confirm an error or qualifying defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or prepaid return instructions.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale returns, cancellations, and damage claims are governed by the applicable wholesale agreement, invoice, purchase order, marketplace policy, or written order confirmation. For marketplace orders, the applicable platform policies control.
