We package every Branded Starr order with care and provide tracking whenever available.
Order processing
In-stock retail orders generally process within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing times may be longer during promotions, collection launches, severe weather, or other high-volume periods. A shipping estimate begins after the order leaves our facility, not when the order is placed.
Shipping rates and delivery
Available services, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on destination and package details. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our direct control, but we will provide reasonable assistance with a timely claim.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Then email support@brandedstarrshop.com with the order number. Claims must be reported promptly and may require a carrier investigation.
International and wholesale shipping
International availability, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and wholesale freight terms vary by order and destination. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import charges. Orders placed through a third-party marketplace follow the shipping terms displayed on that platform.
